Inside the World’s Fastest Private Jet - My EBACE2022 visit
I visited EBACE2022, Europe’s largest Business Aviation conference and exhibition in Geneva. The event featured global debuts such as the Gulfstream G700, which boasts a range of 7,500 nm and a maximum Mach speed of 0.925, and the Dassault Falcon 6X, capable of flying at a maximum ceiling of 51,000 ft with a top speed of Mach 0.90. Bombardier introduced its new long-range flagship, the Global 8000, which achieved a top speed of Mach 0.94 and set a supersonic record of Mach 1.015 during testing. The exhibition showcased a variety of manufacturers, including Gulfstream, Boeing, Dassault Falcon, Airbus, Textron, Pilatus, and Embraer, along with innovative displays such as a flying car from PAL-V, an electric airplane from Lilium, a hybrid airplane from Pipistrel, and an eVTOL from eHang. I also spoke with LunaJets about current market conditions in business aviation and met Zara Rutherford, the youngest female pilot to circumnavigate the world in a light-sport aircraft, who served as a keynote speaker at EBACE2022. #EBACE2022 #BusinessAviation #AviationInnovation #GulfstreamG700 #DassaultFalcon6X #BombardierGlobal8000
